Ciência Polar para todos! A Antártida no ECB. Polar Science for everyone! Antarctica goes to ECB.

Depois da skypecall a partir de King George durante a campanha científica tive a possibilidade de voltar a falar com os alunos do Externato Cooperativo da Benedita que foram seguindo o meu trabalho e com muitos dos seus colegas que não tiveram essa possibilidade (mais de 300!!!). Se não podes ir à Antártida vem a Antártida até a ti .Se uma montanha pode ir até Maomé a Antártida também pode ir até ao ECB! E foi isso mesmo que aconteceu…através de fotos, vídeos, pela partilha da minha experiência e pelos trabalhos de pesquisa que uma das turmas se dedicou a fazer. O conhecimento tem muito mais valor se o pudermos partilhar. Poder transmitir um pouco do que  por lá aprendi e senti, aliado á possibilidade de sensibilizar e criar consciência sobre a importância desta região é algo que me realiza pessoalmente e profissionalmente e que me dá um enorme prazer.  Espero que o espírito Antártico tenha chegado um pouco até vós. After a skypecall from King George during the scientific campaign I had the chance to go back to talk to the students of the Externato Cooperativo da Benedita that have been following my work and many of his colleagues who did not have that possibility (more than 300!!!). If you can not go to Antarctica, Antarctica comes up to you .If a mountain can go to Muhammad, Antarctica can also go to the ECB! And that’s exactly what happened … through photos, videos, by sharing my experience and from the research  that one of the groups was dedicated to do. Knowledge has more value if we can share it. Power forward rather than there learned and felt, allied to the possibility to sensitize and create awareness about the importance of this region is something that fulfills me personally and professionally and that gives me a great pleasure. I hope the Antarctic spirit has come to you a little bit. Until next time!
